Jack caught police chief in perjury
What happens to a Targeted Person when he discovers and obtains original court documentation of perjury in a lawsuit of the most important piece of evidence that the police chief who is the liaison between the local government and federal government?
Shoulder extreme pain
Answer: the next day Jack lost almost complete mobility of his right arm for 3 days and the arm is in extreme pain. Jack went to hospital.
Two Flat tires
Then at the next critical court hearing (if you miss the hearing, case could be dismissed), Jack’s car has two rear flat tires the night before the hearing. Jack fixes the rear tire flats.
Tire Explodes (different one)
Then the morning of the hearing during the 2 hour drive at 80 miles per hour on the freeway in medium traffic, the right front (different tire) tire explodes while driving, literally explodes, putting lives at risk. That’s one.
Tire jack broken
Then luckily, Jack has a jack and enough time to fix, with about an hour to spare. But the jack for the first time jams as the thread is tampered, and Jack cannot raise tire properly. That’s two.
Tire service late one hour
Then luckily Jack has towing service to jack car up, and the lady at the towing service only 7 miles away says the driver is on the way. But the driver arrives an hour later and voluntarily told Jack he was only informed 15 minutes ago, so a lie somewhere. That’s three.
Court clerk did not delay hearing
Then now knowing he will be late, and a note from your mom does not excuse missing an important court appearance, Jack calls the actual clerk from the appropriate court room and knowing there are many cases to be called, asks the clerk to call his case last. The clerk said he would but did not. That’s four.
Jack drives 80 on this partial flat little spare tire, drives the toll roads, and rushes into court. The court room is full with other cases but Jack’s case had just been called. Defendants were already at their podium. Frowns around, literally, Jack walks straight up to the Plaintiff podium for the case.
After some odd mannerisms, the judge tells the Jack there is not much time so cannot cover all points. Jack successfully convinces judge and out argues Defendants on the first point, the judge changing his mind and taking the matter under submission (decision later). Defendants argue their misinterpreted point taking up time. Jack is cut off and does not get to argue the second and third points. Now the case is under appeal.
Defendants City of Huntington Beach instead of the normal one attorney present had 5 city attorneys/employees here including for the first time City Attorney Michael Gates.
