When John Christiana "Jack" spoke the truth and discussed targeting by the United States government, they did what they usually do, they declared that he had a mental illness, namely schizophrenia. It was amazing what jack had to do to overcome that, but Jack did.
Then Jack discovered in a huge medical journal discussing all mental illnesses that there is a medical procedure scan to test for schizophrenia. It is called a Positron Emission Tomography (PET) scan. Schizophrenia is not an opinion. Schizophrenia is a fact. There is permanent damage to the brain and it can never heal.
Below is the actual scans and reports. This has already been admitted into two courts by two different judges as court admissible evidence because the procedure was by a California licensed medical doctor. Jack won a case in the lower court for defamation based only on this evidence.
Below further is United States’ National Institute of Health (NIH) Journals approved and published by NIH that:
a) Positron Emission Tomography (“PET”) is the scan for schizophrenia and
b) A study showed better results for PET as opposed to Theory of Mind (TOM) which is the doctor's opinion.

Has there ever been a Targeted person that was diagnosed schizophrenia because they talked about targeting – and then they legally proved they are not schizophrenia?
Now we have. Now we have this precedent. And everyone can use my case. If any targeted person wants to prove this to their doctor, I could send the reports and information to their doctor.
1) I spoke about the government targeting and crimes to me and was diagnosed schizophrenia by three doctors.
2) United States’ National Institute of Health (NIH) provides Journals approved by NIH that:
a) Positron Emission Tomography (“PET”) is the scan for schizophrenia and
b) A study showed better results for PET as opposed to Theory of Mind (TOM) which is the doctor's opinion.
3) Jack Christiana got a PET scan and it showed normal brain and a California Licensed Medical Doctor Report stating the Finding and CONCLUSION of Normal Brain.
So the false diagnosis of me (due to I talked about targeting) was a good thing. Because that is how we now all can prove false diagnosis - because I got the medical proof - according to the NIH. My PET information has been legally admitted by multiple judges in multiple courts and has even been the decisive factor in a win against defamation.
So I will share with the public, police, medical boards and people wrongly diagnosed to legally prove a false diagnosis - just because I talked about targeting.

Abstract
PET is an important functional imaging technique that can be used to investigate neurotransmitter receptors and transporters directly by mapping human brain function. PET is increasingly being used greatly to advance our understanding of the neurobiology and pathophysiology of schizophrenia.
Methods: This review focuses on the use of PET tracers and kinetic modeling in identifying regional brain abnormalities and regions associated with cognitive functioning in schizophrenia. A variety of PET tracers have been used to identify brain abnormalities, including 11C, 15O-water, 18F-fallypride, and L-3,4-dihydroxy-6-18F-fluorophenylalanine (18F-FDOPA).
Results: Some studies have used compartmental modeling to determine tracer binding kinetics. The most consistent findings show a difference in the dopamine content in the prefrontal cortex, anterior cingulate gyrus, and hippocampus between healthy controls and patients with schizophrenia. Studies also show a higher density of D2 receptors in the striatum and neural brain dysconnectivity.
Conclusion: Future investigations integrating clinical, imaging, genetic, and cognitive aspects are warranted to gain a better understanding of the pathophysiology of this disorder.
ARTICLE TWO: PET scans showed better results as far as differences between known normal brains and known schizophrenia brains.
Theory of Mind and Schizophrenia: A Positron Emission Tomography Study of Medication-Free Patients

Abstract
Background: "Theory of mind" (TOM) refers to the ability to attribute mental states (ie, beliefs and goals) to one's self and others and to recognize that behaviors are guided by these mental states. This capacity, critical for social competence, is impaired in schizophrenia. We undertook a study of TOM in a group of patients with schizophrenia and healthy controls.
Method: We used positron emission tomography to identify the neural circuits recruited during a verbal task that required participants to attribute mental states to a character in a story of their creation. The comparison task consisted of reading aloud a neutral story, controlling for the speech component of the task.
Results: Patients and controls generated the same percentage of TOM utterances. However, the two groups had markedly different patterns of brain activation. Compared with controls, patients had a lower blood flow in multiple regions in the left hemisphere including the frontal and visual association cortices, posterior hippocampus, and insula. The flow was also lower in contralateral areas in the lateral cerebellum and vermis, thalamus, and posterior insula. On the other hand, the flow was higher in the patients predominantly in the right hemisphere, including multiple frontal and parietal regions, insula, visual association cortex, and pulvinar.
Discussion: The areas of lower flow are consistent with previous studies indicating impairment in recruiting cortical-cerebellar circuitry in schizophrenia. The areas of higher flow may reflect a need to draw on the right hemisphere to compensate for deficits in left hemisphere networks that include frontal cortex, anterior cingulate, cerebellum, and thalamus.
2.7 Theory of mind
Theory of mind (ToM) is defined as the ability to understand and take into account another individual's mental state or of “mind-reading” https://www.sciencedirect.com/topics/neuroscience/theo
MEDLINE® Journal Selection. MEDLINE, the principal online bibliographic citation database of the NLM PubMed system, is used internationally to provide access to the world's biomedical journal literature. The decision whether or not to index a journal for this service is an important one and is made by the Director of the National Library of Medicine, based on considerations of both scientific policy and scientific quality. The Board of Regents of the Library sets policy for the Library. The Literature Selection Technical Review Committee (LSTRC) has been established to review journal titles and assess the quality of their contents. https://www.nlm.nih.gov/lstrc/jsel.html

Attached is the Request For Judicial Notice that Jack (John Christiana) filed in Orange County Superior Court (pdf file)
Also filed are the Minute Orders:
The Court GRANTED the Requests for Judicial Notice
Defendant City of Laguna Beach won their Demurrer
Defendant County of Orange won their Motion - but Christiana was Granted Leave to Amend - so refiled
Defendant County of Orange then was DENIED their Motion to Strike Entire Complaint

It works.
After Jack Christiana filed his Request for Judicial Notice and it was GRANTED by the Court, and Jack won another case based solely on this evidence,
Jack then Served Defendant County of Orange (Orange County) and the Mental Health Employee William Crittenden Discovery Including Special Interrogatories.
Jack then Served Defendant County of Orange (Orange County) and the Mental Health Employee William Crittenden Discovery Including Special Interrogatories.
The mental health employee was visiting Jack at his home harassing him and telling him he has schizophrenia.
That is part of the lawsuit.
But then in Special Interrogatory No. 2 below (which is a question Jack wrote that they have to answer Under Oath)
Jack asked:
INTERROGATORY NO. 2
"Defendant County of Orange and William Crittenden, were you investigating Plaintiff under California Welfare and Institutions Code section 5150?"
Defendants County of Orange answered "Not to Our Knowledge"
What??? but they were. the answer should have been YES. but it appears they know their goof and are backing off. this is current
