Lawsuit Against Walmart Inc. for Domestic Terrorism
John “Jack” Christiana has filed a lawsuit against Walmart Inc. for Domestic Terrorism and other civil torts, based on Walmart employees and Walmart Management targeting Jack through harassment and assaults. Enough is enough. People need to understand that through the Doctrine of Respondent Superior, the corporate office is liable for the employee’s actions.
Jack will share with all targeted victims how to do this in small claims court which is inexpensive and even people without legal knowledge can fight for their justice this way. It is likely when there is accountability – and sadly only with accountability – that is when people will let targeted people shop in retail stores without being harassment and crimes being committed to them.
Jack already had a trial date on December 17, 2021 but Walmart was not ready to defend themselves so they asked the Court for more time. Jack agreed as this gives him more time to prepare and communicate with the Board of Directors and Walmart Management.
Jack has already sent a copy of the lawsuit to the Board of Directors which are high up in the corporate world, This is the way to let the people, high up in the corporate world, know about targeting and what their low level thug employees are doing while on the job and representing their employer. It is the victim's job to advise the board of directors. It is their own fault. Jack has advised the board of directors that it is poor training by the corporation, because it is.
